About Debbie

Debbie B. is always on the go and having fun with her two sporty and active kids! Her and her husband balance a full load from operating their own business, homeschooling, scouting, sports, and just plain fun! They know there is not enough time is the day but happy to spend every second of it with their little blessings!

Can You Become President One Day? Who can vote? Who can run for the presidency? How did our President Obama, become the President of the USA? When is there a better time to teach your child this amazing process then right now, during the Presidential Election Year of 2012?

In the book “Presidential Elections and Other Cool Facts” you will learn many interesting things about our country and its presidency. For example:  Did you know up until 1951 there was no limit on how many times you could be president? We all know, currently, you can only be president twice, but we actually had one president who was elected 4 times in 1932, 1936, 1940, and again in 1944. He was the famous Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

This book, as well as the other two in this series, are written so well and are very easy to comprehend. Plus they are fully illustrated which is an excellent way to help young children understand visually what you are reading to them. I feel under parental guidance these books are great for the young and old. I certainly loved this study as did my kids, who are 8 and 11.

I would highly recommend this series. Learning about our government and how it works is vital to schooling. We have so many great men and women throughout the history of our country, and with these books it becomes fun and easy learn.

Please enjoy reading and studying “Presidential Elections and Other Cool Facts“, as well as “How the U.S. Government Works” and “The U.S. Constitution and You“.  And maybe one day we’ll all address your child or mine as The President of the United States of America.
